Michael Alper House Tour

The Society for Contemporary Art at The Art Institute of Chicago cordially invites you to a New Member Event to meet the Board and discuss the activities of our group. The Alper residence (built 1894) is a fully restored home in the heart of Chicago?s historic Gold Coast neighborhood. It is exquisitely furnished with classical antiquities as well as 19th century furniture and decorative arts. The distinguished art collection features the best of contemporary photography, including major works by Andrea Gursky, Thomas Struth, Thomas Ruff, Rineke Dijkstra and Jeff Wall. We hope you can join us for what promises to be an enjoyable event. Please call Whitney Moeller in the SCA office at 312.443.3630 to make reservations.
